Dear Fellow Golfers,
 I am happy to announce that HARUNA no MORI CC has now reopened for the golfing season and we look forward to welcoming you to the course. We are currently offering limited services, so please check the website HERE for all the details. We attended the Japan Golf Fair from Feb 19-21 at Big Sight in Tokyo and we were glad to see so many of you amongst the more than 50,000 visitors. We also managed to give away 100,000 tees to our visitors. And finally, two big announcements - the 2010 HSBC Japan Golfers Series will consist of EIGHT events this year and the EU Japan Friendship Week Tournament has also locked down a date too. 2010 HSBC SERIES
The Official Website for the 2010 HSBC Japan Golfers Series is now in place and the first two tournaments are now open for registration.Don't waste any more time and visit the website HERE for full details and to sign up. Our appreciation goes out to Suntory and The Westin Hotel for their generous sponsorship of these first two events.
The full schedule of events is as follows 24-Apr (18 Holes at Harunanomori CC), 22/23-May (36 Holes at President CC Karuizawa and Harunanomori CC), 13-Jun (18 Holes at Harunanomori CC), 19-Jul (18 Holes at Harunanomori CC), 22-Aug (18 Holes at Hon Chiba CC), 20-Sep (18 Holes at Harunanomori CC), 23/24-Oct (36 Holes at President CC Karuizawa and Harunanomori CC) and 27-Nov (18 Holes at Harunanomori CC).

EU JAPAN FRIENDSHIP WEEK GOLF TOURNAMENT
We are delighted to announce the 8th playing of the EU-Japan Friendship Week Cup Golf Tournament on May 15, at HARUNA no MORI CC.
This competition forms part of the EU-Japan Friendship Week Calendar. EU-Japan Friendship Week is an integrated series of sporting, cultural and academic events that is held annually during the month of May. Friendship Week aims to mix fun and friendly exchanges with information, and endeavors to give Japanese people a chance to learn more about the European Union through various informal contacts.
The event will take place with the cooperation of the Takasaki City Office and is open to all golfers from Japan and EU countries. More details will follow, so do mark this date in your calendars so as not to miss out on the unique cultural golfing event.

MEMBERSHIP AT HARUNA NO MORI CC
We are currently accepting applications for Membership at HARUNA No MORI CC for 2010. The Annual Fee is 26,250 yen. On weekend play alone, you can make an average savings of approximately 5,000 yen, but there are a whole lot of other benefits to being a member, full details of which you can see on our website by clicking HERE. You can also make considerable savings if you plan to participate in some or all of the events in the HSBC Japan Golfers Series as well as the EU Japan Friendship Week Golf Tournament.
