Sponsored by The Westin Tokyo, this will be the first ever 36-hole event in since the inception of the HSBC Golf Series and will be held in partnership with President Country Club Karuizawa, which is located in President Resort Karuizawa, which is located 50 minutes away from Haruna no Mori Country Club.

Participants will have the option of staying overnight in the President Resort Karuizawa after the first round with a complimantary transfer to Haruna no Mori Country Club the following morning should they wish.

On Day 2 at Haruna no Mori CC, a breakfast of coffee, croissants and pastries will be offered to all participants by The Westin Hotel. For Lunch, a Westin Superfood Signature Dish will be included on the Menu, and the Award Party Ceremony will feature a Buffet prepared by Westin chefs based on the Westin Superfood concept. 

Amongst other prizes generously offered by The Westin Tokyo are 2-night courtesy stays in a Suite Rooms with breakfast, a 1-night courtesy stay in a Deluxe Room with breakfast, Dinner Vouchers for the various restaurants in the hotel PLUS a courtesy 3-night stay in The Westin Guam, and a courtesy 3-night stay in the Westin Kyoto.

Mizuno Golf School teaching professional Tom Fielding will also be present to provide video instruction to all participants on both days at President Country Club Karuizawa and Haruna no Mori CC. Tom is an Australian PGA professional, ranked amongst the top 50 teaching professional in Australia.

Laurent Perrier will also be providing a Champagne Service to all participants on the golf course during the first round at President Resort Karuizawa.
